This exquisite example dates to circa 1974 making it one of the earlier pieces which have an amazing vibrancy to the glazes and magnificent detail which the later versions lack.
This charming figurine depicts a characterful rabbit dressed in a vibrant burgundy jacket and rich blue hat. The rabbit is captured about to blow his horn to sound the alarm for his fellow bunny friends to rise and shine.
This figure has been modelled with exceptional attention to detail and beautifully finished in rich and luscious hand painted glazes.
SIZE: This adorable character stands approx 95mms tall, measures 40mms in width and 55mms in depth.
CONDITION: This desirable Bunnykins figurine is presented in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. This piece has been very well cared for and presents magnificently.
MARKS: This piece is beautifully marked to the base with a Royal Doulton Bunnykins mark as indicated in the images.
