Overall the paper is in very good to excellent condition. Ad has never been displayed so it has excellent colour.
You may find some wear here and there including: (glue residue from binding, unevenness, discoloration, rippling of center binding area or an "old" smell)
Any two-page advertisement may not line up exact when placed together for framing.
