Prayer Fan's are traditionally given as a gift to heal the heart. 
 Native American's use feathers to send prayers to the heavens and to draw healing power from the sky.
The giving of a prayer fan is done with great sincerity & hope that healing will soon follow.

This fan is made with 5 large brown tipped imitation eagle feathers (dyed)  and  has multiple layers of peacock eye feathers overlaying the larger ones 
It measures approx 10" in width and approx 18" in overall length without the 7" leather fringe at the bottom.  
Handle is wrapped with reddish brown colored top grain leather. 

The fan is further decorated with a wrap of beautiful fur (domestic rabbit) & a 3.5" seed bead wrapped section. 
Bead colors are: opaque brown, tan and pearl white

An authentic, Native American made item by La Ne Ayo who is registered with the Creek tribe.
