DESCRIPTION

The 30th anniversary edition of this book in a pictorial paperback with a pictorial slipcase, still in the cellophane wraps.

The BFG, originally published in 1982, is one of Roald Dahl's most popular children's books. As with many of Dahl's works, this book was illustrated by beloved illustrator Quentin Blake.

This is the special paperback edition with new cover artwork and a pictorial gift slipcase to celebrate the BFG’s 30th anniversary in 2012. This particular edition is now uncommon. Still in its cellophane wraps, it would make a lovely gift.

Roald Dahl (1916-1990) was a renowned British novelist, screenwriter, and wartime fighter ace of Norwegian descent. His books have sold more than 250 million copies worldwide, and he has been called "one of the greatest storytellers for children of the 20th century".

CONDITION

Pictorial paperback with slipcase, in cellophane wraps. Externally, and internally, in immaculate condition.
