This delicious pistachio spread is a twist on the traditional french Praliné recipe usually made with almonds & hazelnuts.

Stone-ground to a fine spread texture, with a deep green hue and an intense pistachio flavour, this paste will delight your taste buds!

Spread it on a pancake or biscuit, fold into whipped cream to make a silky pistachio filling for tarts, or stir into a greek yoghurt...

It is handmade in London by talented pastry chef Théo from Mada Mada, using only two ingredients: 60% pistachios, 40% caramel.
