Description

This Corning 384-well solid white polystyrene microplate with a clear lid has flat-bottom square shaped wells with a well volume of 112µL and a recommended working volume of 20 to 80µL. It is ideal for today's more sensitive assays and plate readers. White wall plate is designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk during luminescent assays. The microplate is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface. It conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions, and is TC-treated for optimal cell attachment. Enhanced flatness provides low intra- and inter-plate CV's.
