SHIPPING
We aim to process and dispatch all orders here at Treasured gifts for you as quickly as possible within 1 - 2 working days Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays
Most of our items are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail tracked service.
If you require a faster service the price is on each listing at a additional cost, next day delivery does not include Saturdays and orders for next day placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. All orders need to be placed by 12 midday.
If your order is not delivered within 5 working days please check your tracking number with the Royal Mail or courier website/delivery office, if your order is returned to us [return to sender] for reasons beyond our control we will notify the customer to arrange dispatch for the second time which will incur a re-sending delivery charge. Or we will refund the item less postage and packing costs.
