Whether you chose second hand for these credentials or not I try to match this as best I can!

Packaging I use is 100% home recyclable & is sustainably sourced or recycled content.

Washed or cleaned items use non-toxic plant based detergents and cleaners.

I cycle everywhere ensuring no fumes are needed to get to this dispatched.

Vintage and pre-owned items are such and there may be signs of use. If so any flaw will be very clearly photographed / described, every effort is taken so you know exactly what you will receive.

Shipping*

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail - due to their lower CO2 emissions per parcel.

Standard delivery aim is 2 days or less from dispatch.

Items will be dispatched and shipped the same day if Paid for before 4pm Tuesday-Friday & Before 11am Saturday - Monday (Sunday shipping is currently not guaranteed but is being trialled with moderate success)

Please provide an email address and contact number at checkout via message or update your details to include these. These details are needed strictly for processing and delivery of your order - your order may be cancelled and refunded if these aren't received.
