This is a black and white real picture postcard of Scheemda, Groningen, The Netherlands. It shows a beautiful view of the Town Hall. This postcard was published by BROMOGRAFIA  in the 30s. So it is about 90 years OLD. However paperrests on the back (due to being stuck up and then removed) they do not affect the picture on the front side (see scan) and it is still a great collectable.
