For sale is an authentic antique early 18th century 1710s French Brass Candlestick with highly raised Octagon Base and a straight wall candle cup with fancy molded edges. The bulbous stem is particularly smooth and fluid in form. It feels very heavy relatively to its size, another good indicator for early brass. You can find a very similar form in Brass Book page 191B.

It measures approximately 7” tall and 3.5” in diameter at the base. It is in solid condition. No repairs, cracks, or losses that I can find. small scratches, sign of oxidation, and small dents are to be expected given its age. Please check the pictures carefully before purchasing.
