Only items purchased directly from our dz-tech eBay store will be eligible for return request. Please follow instructions below:

• Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• All returned products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original materials included. For bundle items: to receive a full refund, all items within the bundle have to be returned. • Return packages: the refund is processed after the package has been received by our RMA department.
