Very interesting handcrafted folk art doll depicting a "water seller" from Morocco. Water is carried in the bag, the "horn" functions as a pipe where the water comes out; attached is the metal water cup for drinking. Last photo shows a postcard image of a real "water seller", not included in listing but fun to print out for your display. 12".
Gauze wrapped face and limbs, the metal armature is actually attached from front of torso to the display stand that is part of the piece itself. Very nice work of art, handpainted, very good to excellent condition. Please see photos.
