places, a large chip and a small chip on the bottom edge, another chip on the

oz., a primitive looking stoneware bottle that was inexpensively made, there
are burn marks from the kiln, the spout is a little tilted, and there is loose
slip on the bottom rim, there is also a rudimentary decorative line decoration
around the top shoulder and also near the top of the body of the bottle, there
is a nice decorative logo of an eagle with a shield over an olive branch, an
unusual piece of early stoneware.
