This adorable mint green dress is made of polyester, mesh and sheer chiffon material.  It has a round neckline, keyhole back, mesh long sleeves, sparkling sequins in the front and back, attached panty, chiffon flower, and ruffling on one side of the skirt.  This is so cute!
