4. We process fast!! Same day processing if orders are placed before 12:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed within one business day. If you wish expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order, as we are unable to accommodate expedited shipping requests one the order is placed. Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition and comes with a tracking number. We are happy to ship worldwide. Please message or call us for a shipping quote if you are outside the United States.

• If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours from delivery and we will take care of it for you.

• We only ship to Physical address only - We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Payment

We only ship to PayPal verified addresses; this is for your protection as well as ours. Please make sure that your PayPal verified address is correct, as we are unable to ship to any other address...NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may pay with any major credit or debit card by using PayPal. Please pay as soon as possible after winning your auction. We are unable to ship your item until payment is received. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within 5 days, a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. We are all reasonable people and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, we have no problems accommodating special circumstances. By entering a bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase the item.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at CA Parts LLC. We accept returns on any unused or defective parts. We do not offer refunds on any installed parts. Please diagnose carefully. Often with electrical parts like control boards, another item might have failed and shorted out the control board. Please contact us if you are unsure about the part you need. We are happy to replace or refund your purchase within 14 days. If the item being returned was on a free shipping order, a deduction will be made, equal to the price of the shipping cost incurred by the seller. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must have an RMA issued, please do not ship until you have been in contact with us. We are unable to refund shipping charges, with the exception of exchanges of defective parts. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and instructions and/or a shipping label.
