This is an extremely rare hand-painted background of the Turtle's lair Kitchen in the sewer of New York. The lair is is seen in SO many episodes. Backgrounds are some of the rarest animation art. Only one background is used for hundreds or (in this case) tens of thousands of cels. Measures approx 10 1/8" x 14".
