We are based in Derbyshire.

All orders are sent the same working day if ordered before 2pm (Monday to Friday). 

Free standard delivery is 2nd class with Royal Mail which usually takes 2 - 4 working days.

We do offer a 1st class option (£1.50) and a Special Delivery (£7.50) these are available when checking out.

Returns

If you do need to return an order please contact us with your request. 

All returns must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it.

We do not cover postage for unwanted items however we will provide/refund postage for faulty goods or if a mistake has been made by us.
