  • Chulalongkorn rose has a long, straight stem like that of Mon rose. It is thornless and larger than Mon rose with dark pink color. Chulalongkorn rose is the favorite flower of H.H Princess Chao Dara Rasmi Phra Raja Jaya, the royal consort of H.M. King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V). She had the roses planted in the garden of Dara Pirom Palace in Mae Rim Distrct, Chiangmai. She also named it "Chulalongkorn" in the remembrance of her beloved royal husband.
