I love this lawn sprinkler, - they may not be as efficient as the later spin/oscillating versions - but, they have a stylistic simplicity which catches and holds the eye - essentially they have been retired, and have now become highly sought after collectables/memorabilia.

In as found/used condition - untouched by me - sturdy and intact - made of steel and brass - the spinner is a pressed brass fabrication, there do not appear to be any, cracks, or repairs but there is a section broken off at the bottom - nor has it been twisted or bent out of shape - turns readily - ample remnants of the original red finish and an aged patina on the propeller - surface rust and tarnish consistent with age and usage - the hose connection is brass and appears to be in good order.

There are no visible makers markings.

Specs:
height is approximately 16 1/2" ins
width of base is approximately 7" ins
span of propeller is approximately 11 1/2" ins

A nice one - you just do not come across many in this early style - a great gardening collectable.

A genuine piece of gardening memorabilia.
