This is a set of Vintage (1961-1982) Sheffield by Fostoria, Platinum Band, Open Sugar and Creamer set.  It is blown glass crystal. The creamer is 3-5/8" tall X 3-3/4" wide handle to spout.   The sugar is 2-7/8" tall X 3-7/8" wide handle to handle. 
They are both in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, repairs or platinum loss.
