Vintage 1970s Walt Disney World Liberty Belle Steamboat Floaty Pen Tom Sawyer. The pen is in excellent condition for it's age.  Pen works as noted in last photo and the boat floats back and forth in the pen when tilted. I twisted the pen to show that it writes and now it will not full retract back into the pen.  See last photo. It is kept in a sealed plastic bag.
