Artists and Engravers: Paul Lacroix (1806-1884), French author and journalist. He is best known under his pseudonym of P.L. Jacob, bibliophile, or Bibliophile Jacob. The lithographs are by F. Kellerhoven.

Subject: Plate: 'Reglement de Comptes.' (The last statement.) After a miniature from the Livre des Comptes. This plate shows the brotherhood of the Charite-Dieu et Notre Dame de Recouvrance de Rouen in 1466.
Condition: Fine. General age related toning and occasional light staining from handling as visible on image.
