This is a vintage Napier rhinestone Dalmatian dog pin brooch.  It is very sparkly and dazzling!  It measures 1 1/4" tall x 1" wide.  It is hallmarked on the back with Napier.  It is in excellent condition.  It is listed without a reserve.
