If it's advertised as '1kg' on our listing, it will be 1kg of worms plus soil added on top, which is approximately 1.8kg total.

For example, a '500g' listing of worms will include additional soil, totalling 900 grams.

It will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class to ensure quick delivery. We dispatch 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, cut-off time 14:00 PM

Our delivery covers all of the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and islands. For next-day delivery, order before 2pm from Monday to Friday. Please allow one week for delivery considering potential Royal Mail delays, so plan a week in advance or restock your worms to prevent disruptions to your schedule.

Our worms are sent in breathable bags with moist soil to ensure their comfort during transit. If your order hasn't been delivered by over a week, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a refund or replacement.
