this is a flexible back publication titled " the philatelic journal of great britain " the oldest british stamp paper ! and published by sefi pemberton and co limited . some of the contents include, the stamps of nepal 1907- 1941, tibet : 1912 issue two unrecorded stamps and some essays, brazil : the 20 reis of 1850, dr monk on the federal issues of switzerland , and more .this is in good condition with some light rust to the staples ! this has come from a private collection along with many more of these and other items you can view in my ebay shop !
