Three cent ultramarine Postage Due stamp of 1939, lithographed, no watermark. Perf. 10.3x10.1 (there are at least 11 perf varieties of the Postage Due stamps recorded to date, 9 of the 3 cent value). Excellent color, crisp appearance, well centered. Approx. 35% of original gum disturbed by hinging. No faults not obvious in the scan.
