Nice wood box that has been done in the style of Tunbridge wooden ware. The cover displays three boars looking up at a gentleman smoking his pipe holding an axe with three trees in the background completed with geometric and floral border. The box displays a trail of flowers and leaves. On the underside of the box it notes this is an import from Hungary. The box is in very good condition. One of the posts for the hinge was replaced with a part of a paper clip. There are no scratches or gouges --- a little light surface dirt. 5 3/4" x 3 3/8" x 1 3/8" tall.
