Depending on the type, it is subjected to:
1. High precision cutting
Through latest generation lasers it is possible to obtain a high degree of precision and purity of the cut, totally eliminating production burrs. These can in fact cause infiltration of various elements (oil, water, compression gas), compromising the functioning of the engine.
2. Relief alignment
This solution increases the elasticity of the gasket during operation, ensuring excellent sealing over time, even in extreme conditions. On the contrary, a misalignment of the slats would cause an immediate flattening of the seal, eliminating the elastic memory function and the consequent loss of compression.
