b758 Vintage Cute Tezuka Clock Co Poppo Dog Moving Eyes Wind Up Desk Clock.

This is an amazing vintage wooden clock. When wound, it will keep time. The eyes move when you move the clock around. I'm not sure if they are supposed to move when the clock ticks  it has some wear on the wood, but it is in great shape for its age. There is some fist and age on the metal. Please see the pictures.
