The album spawned four hit singles, including "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around," "Leather and Lace," and "Edge of Seventeen."

Nicks has continued to release successful solo albums throughout her career. She has also toured extensively as a solo artist. In 1998, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Fleetwood Mac.
