The items you are buying is the exact item pictured. The instructions and disc for this are almost flawless. If I look really hard I can find one or two micro-scratches on the disc. The upper right corner on the front cover of the manual is bowed upward but not creased. Both disc & manual are near mint. On the spine of the case there is a bit of missing plastic and the cover art is torn away with it with about 1/3 inch tear going up the spine. It’s hardly noticeable when shelved. I tried to capture it as best I could in the pictures. Please use the pictures as a description too.
