The item you’re buying is the exact item pictured. The seal is tight. There are two infinitesimally (about the size of a pinhead) small holes in two of the corners. I tried to capture them as best I could so please refer to the pictures as a description too. While there is no tears in the seal there is a scuff on the back (pictured) where the seal has been damaged. Because of this I believe the seal would receive a B or B+. The box would receive a 9+ in my opinion.
