1998 Pokémon Japanese Dragonite Meiji Movie Prism Psa 9. The card that is shown has been sold. I have another copy in Psa 9 with a newer certification number . I will upload the picture soon. So the serial number may vary. When I upload the actual picture I will remove this message  from the description . If it’s here then then exact card is not shown . It’s still a Psa 9 though, the only possible issue with my Psa 9s that stops them from being a 10 is the slightest off centered print.  I bought out the market on some uncirculated dragonites as well as some other numbers . I’ve had descent luck grading the dragonites but the other cards went to a Psa 8 or 9 because of the centering. These Meiji cards are graded too hard on the copies with the good centering in my opinion . Getting these cards uncirculated 20 plus years ago was almost a dream but only a few numbers were available that I bought up. So regardless of the grade this is one of those cards so you are guaranteed one of the nicest Psa 9s you’ll ever see.
