3: The design is printed on both sides of the mug.

4: All Mugs are dishwasher (top shelf) and Microwave safe.

The coffee mug is made out of ceramic and by using a professional sublimation printing process. Sublimation is the process of transferring the design from a sublimation paper and then heat transferred. This is the process where the ink is turned to gas which infuses the design onto the ceramic mug. The design will not peel or chip away from the cup. 

Packaging:

The mugs are packed so that they will reach the destination with a safe delivery. If for any reason, the mug is broken, we will replace it with a valid picture sent to us showing the broken mug.
