A silver snuff box hallmarked in Paris c1820 -1830. Good clear hallmarks on lid of the box with less defined marks on the base. Opens and closes cleanly with good hinge. Nice original gilding to the interior. Initials in to the cartouche on the lid. inside the lid is an engraved quote ""Pleasure for a nose devine" 1705 - 1760 Browne". " Good solid box in a robust gauge silver. Engine turned decoration to the top and reeded decoration to the base.

Condition: In good antique condition commensurate with age and normal usage. Normal surface marks and patina.
