This is a vintage baby feeding dish. It is marked with a crown & Victoria, Czeche-Slovakia. It is white & all around the sides are children in black silhouette with colorful balloons, kites & lanterns. It measures 7-3/8" in diameter a the bottom & 6-3/4" in diameter at the rim. It is in very good, vintage condition. No chips, cracks or discoloration.  The silhouette design & top & bottom black trim show wear. Charming!
