The BEP Souvenir Card #B246 Armed Soldier Green Beret September 2000 issued by the United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing.  The Green Beret sits in the foreground holding a M14 rifle in his right hand.  The image of Green Beret appeared on the $10 Military Payment Certificate, Series 681, 1969-1970, face.  Also included information card and original envelope.

These beautiful Intaglio Steel Plate Engravings represent the Art and Beauty of our early United States Paper Money. Souvenir Cards depicts a large part of America's History and Values, at a fraction of what the original piece of Paper Money would cost.  Perfect for framing, or to be given as wonderful gifts.  Unfortunately, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) and the American Bank Note Co (ABNCo) no longer issue Souvenir Cards for numismatic events as they once did and they can now only be acquired on the secondary market.

The BEP Souvenir Card is in excellent condition.  See picture for actual BEP you will receive.
