This is the Medieval Russian 16 Gauge Steel Helmet with Butted Chainmail Camail. This is a very sturdy Russian style medieval helmet. It is thought that this style of helmet design originally came from the Iran area, and then spread to other countries. This helmet has many great features such as butted chainmail that is reveted directly to the helmet as well as brass decorations and leather liner and chin strap with brass buckle. This helmet provides protection to the entire head, face, and neck area and is a great addition to any collection for enthusiasts, cosplayers, LARP enthusiasts, and even WMA and SCA enthusiasts.
