1.Warranty:
*All of our products are sold as brand new, we will check the condition before the item shipped out. If you received a damaged item(damages those caused during the shipping) or got a wrong item, please contact our customer service support team by eBay message immediately to obtain a return authorization. We will provide a return shipping label for these cases. After our Return Department get the returned package, a refund or an exchange will be processed.
*All return items MUST be without damages & in brand new condition which means the item is never installed, modified, painted & kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a restocking fee.
2.Installation:
*Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation. We do not assume any responsibility for any installation fees charged by a shop under any circumstances. If you need assistance on installation, we can try to get some installation guide for you.
