GSR Pro-Strap

The GSR Pro-Strap is the most advanced, most secure strap design in paintball. The GSR pro-strap features a gear lock system that gives you complete and precise control over the tension of your strap for a more secure, more comfortable fit. Just ratchet down your strap to a precision fit – no more pulling tabs or stretching your strap beyond usability. The GSR pro-strap also features an extra wide head pad that grips the back of your head and distributes force over a larger area for maximum comfort.

Horizon 290 Lens System

The i5 uses Dye’s Horizon 290 lens system. Horizon lenses give you unparalleled optical clarity over a 290-degree field of vision, with both vertical and horizontal peripheral vision. Horizon 290 lenses let you pick up more movement than any other lens design in paintball. 

Horizon 290 lenses use a dual-pane, thermal design that virtually eliminates fogging, even in the hottest, most humid climates.

Every Horizon 290 lens is manufactured with a premium hard-coat dip that protects both sides of the lens from scratches and minor abrasions. The hard-coating also provides protection from the Sun’s harmful UV rays.

The Horizon 290 Lens System features a rapid change lens system that lets you remove and replace your lens in a matter of seconds. All you need to do to release your lens is pinch the retention tabs and slide them forward. From there, you’re free to clean or replace your lens as needed.

If you’re upgrading from a Dye i4 goggle system, there’s no need to go out and buy a bunch of new spare lenses – the Dye i5 and Dye i4 share the same lens design, so you can keep using any lenses you may already have in your gear bag.

The i5’s lightweight Sound Catch ear pads are compression formed from soft, flexible materials that increase moisture evaporation while providing full coverage protection and comfort. 

The ear pads are specially designed to protect your ears while maximizing audio clarity. They’re precision shaped and feature hole patterns that allow sound to flow cleanly into your ears.
