A Pair of what i believe to be  aluminium classic car roof rack gutter mount bracket  arms support  brackets with nip up bolts the out side diameter of the tube that the brackets will take is 20 mm. Bracket overall sizes are width of  80 mm x height of  95 mm the hole with the nipp up bolt  is restricted at one end to stop the roof rack tube sliding straight through
