These adapters use plain hook-up wire and are color-for-color configured for Seymour Duncan branded pickups making it a snap to plug-in directly to the electronic control board found on older, newer Les Paul and SG Gibson guitars. Simply wiring a pick-up and quick connect adapter together is just a matter of color-for-color matching and soldering the wires to the IF PCB. Build the whole thing outside of the guitar then simply snake the quick connector end through the guitar's routing right into the internal control board then plug-in. Done!

The IF board allows you to cleanly and quickly connect both pick up and Quick-Connect Adapter by doing away with the traditional soldering and insulating multiple wires.
