This is an original GM Holley 4 Barrel carburetor. The numbers stamped into the choke tower are as follows: 3849804 List 2818 302. The 3849804 is the GM part number. The List 2818 is the Holley number and the 302 is the date code. The Holley List 2818 carburetor was used by GM on 1964 Corvettes with the 327/365HP engine. The 302 date decodes as the 2nd week of October, 1963. That's right, this is a real deal production line installed carburetor!
This carb is in good original condition as shown. This carb is complete including choke parts as shown. All parts move freely. The metering blocks are stamped 4094 and 4099 as shown as shown. I removed the bowls to show the internals of the carb are as clean as the externals. This is a very nice carb but I do not know its history so I recommend rebuilding/restoration before installation.
