SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS and Federal Express within 24 hours of receiving complete payment (see payment section bellow for further details). To decrease the probability of an item being lost, we ONLY ship from Monday to Thursday, 10am to 2:30pm. All shipping within the United States, Canada, and Europe is included with insurance for the buyer.
Please note that Federal Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please make sure to change your address to a physical address before submitting your payment. All FedEx shipping will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within a week of the auctions close. This deadline applies to all listings. If payment is not received within a week of the auctions close, the auction will be forfeited, the item relisted, and a Non-Paying Bidder alert filed with eBay. Please allow 1-3 business days for your payment to fully process, once your payment goes through, we will ship your item within 24 hours.
TERMS:
We make every effort to provide accurate information and all details regarding every item. If you have any issues with an item, please reach out to us ASAP. This will allow us to help you in a prompt and efficient manner.

All emails will be promptly responded to during these customer service hours. All auctions and questions that occur over the weekend or after customer service hours will be handled the next business day.
