1938 Press Photo Mary MacLaren, shown with Peggy, to be married to Henry Furlong

This is an original press photo. A soft, shining satin gown and a mist of tulle veiling, caught to her hair with a coronet of orange blossoms, made Mary MacLaren one of the loveliest of the spring bride when she exchanged marriage vows Saturday afternoon with Henry F. Furlong in a ceremony at the E. Kenwood blvd. home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron T. MacLaren. Her sister, Peggy, shown with her, was maid of honor in a quaint hoop-skirt gown of peach net fashioned with pleated tiers.Photo measures 6 x 9inches. Photo is dated 4-25-1938.
