Please note that balloons do not ship inflated. Have Balloon filled with helium, which can be found at most supermarkets, florists, and party supply stores.

All of our balloons are brand new and MOST come in a sealed package. Many are bought in bulk and we repackage them in our warehouse. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN USED!

These balloons can be filled with either helium or air (use a balloon pump to inflate).

These Helium quality balloons will come in deflated and flat packed. No ribbons or straw provided.
