Fluffy fringe hair tie. Made from recycled materials. The ruffle fringe is knotted around a regular hair tie. Can also be worn as an arm cuff. I also make these in more colors, as well as matching gloves, leg warmers, and earrings!

Great for mummy/halloween/cosplay costumes and gothic weddings! These make a great spooky gift.

Fringe Length: Approx 6" long - can be made shorter upon request!
