To charge a 12 volt battery, you need to charge with a voltage of 14 volts,

To charge a 24 volt battery, 28 volts are required for charging.

It’s not that a 12-volt battery is charged with a 12-volt voltage. It’s not possible to charge it with a 12-volt battery.

A 12-volt battery would be a 14-volt generator, and a 24-volt battery would be a 28-volt generator.

If the generator comes with a voltage stabilizer, just connect it directly to the battery
