  • We use Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), and/or United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our packages.
  • Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. There is a cut-off time. Please understand that if your order(s) were not processed same day due to the cut-off time, we will process it the next available business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
  • When you have received the automated email, that means your order has been processed but does not mean it has been shipped out. It can take up to 24 hours for the system to update.
  • All orders require a minimum of 1 business day for processing in which a valid tracking number will be provided on eBay. Some items have a longer handling time as shown on the listing page.
  • Please allow time for the tracking number to be updated within 3 business days before contacting us.
  • Not all packages are scanned at our warehouse. The courier may take the packages back to their sorting hubs to be scanned.
  • Tracking numbers or shipping confirmation numbers will be provided after the orders are processed. This does not mean that they have been shipped out already. It just means a shipping label was printed out. All orders will ship out within their handling time frame.
  • For all buyers within territories or not within the lower 48 States of America, such as Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), military bases (APO/AE/FPO), Puerto Rico (PR), and Virgin Islands (VI), please select the service of the United States Postal Service ((USPS) as the courier shipping method. FedEx and UPS cannot ship to these locations.
  • There may be an additional shipping fee for the following locations: Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), military bases (APO/AE/FPO), Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), and all foreign countries.
  • Any shipping charges will include the handling charges.
  • The shipping courier to be used will be based on the weight and dimensions of the product as well as the destination it is going to. We reserve the right to change courier at our discretion. We do not offer buyers the option to choose which courier they wish for us to ship with.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price, shipping charges, bids, and/or best offer. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • We do not offer local pick-ups for any orders made through eBay.
  • Items will ONLY ship to the verified address that was provided to eBay and PayPal. We will not make any address corrections or change the address after an order has been placed.
  • Buyers are responsible for making any changes to their address prior to purchasing. If we are alerted, and can, we may cancel the order, and have you re-order with the correct mailing address.
  • We have a 30 day return period.
  • Once you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us.
  • Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via eBay message. Please include the item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. If we authorize the return, the customer will get a message with instructions for returning the item. (Messages will be replied within 24 hours during normal business hours.)
  • All returning merchandise must be authorized and be assigned a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from our customer service representatives prior to the return of the product. Please contact us during normal business hours.
  • Merchandise returned without the RMA approval may not be accepted and/or experience a delay in processing the return.
  • Please make sure to write the RMA number clearly on a piece of paper placed inside the packaging so we can process the return more quickly.
  • The RMA does not imply a replacement or refund, only the inspection of the merchandise based on your claim after its return.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to repack the item for return securely. Returns may be void or incur a penalty if it is not returned in its original condition, including damages due to insufficient packaging, missing hardware/accessories, and/or end-user caused damage.
  • If a product is damaged or lost due to the shipping courier, it will be handled as a damage/loss claim with that courier. The replacement will not be sent out until the claim is approved by the courier at fault. Please contact us if a product is damaged/lost during shipping so we can open a claim as quickly as possible on your behalf.
  • Our products require professional installation and we shall not be held responsible for installation/uninstallation of the product. If the product is damaged through installation, we are not held responsible for refunding the product or issuing a replacement.
  • By bidding/purchasing the product, the buyers agree to the return policy explained in this section.
