What a duet! The stabile and portable H&A Keyboard Stand Bench and the essential Keyboard Sustain Pedal to boot. The H&A Keyboard Stand Benchfeatures an easy-to-open crossbar design with seven lockable positions, which can be secured by a built-in clutch locking mechanism. This choice of open positions allows you to adjust the height of your keyboard and obtain the most desirable position. For strength and durability, the stand is made from welded steel alloy and covered with a black finish. All eight points of contact, four legs and four support bars, have rubber sleeves to prevent slippage on any floor surface or the slippage of your keyboard from the top of the stand. When it is time to pack up your gear, the same crossbar design permits for a fast and easy folding of the stand into a compact storage configuration.
The H&A Keyboard Sustain Petal extends rich acoustic piano resonance with the 'touch of chrome' to any electronic keyboard for studio or stage. The look and feel of a classic style sustain petal will fill your performance with the allusion of pressing the right foot petal of a modern piano. In a 'real' piano, when pressed, the sustain pedal "sustains" all the damped strings on the piano by moving all the dampers away from the strings and allowing them to vibrate freely. All notes played will continue to sound until the vibration naturally ceases, or until the pedal is released. This lets the pianist sustain notes which would otherwise be out of reach of the performer.
The H&A Keyboard Sustain Pedal is compatible with all electronic and midi keyboards and digital pianos and synthesizers through the 6.0 foot cable with 1/4 inch phono plug connection. Polarity reverse switch assures compatibility with most Kurzweil, Korg, Yamaha, Casio, Roland, Fater, Ensoniq brand keyboards. The rugged rubber base grips maintain position of the footswitch during active performance.
